I agree with Oreo_Pug, and that is not a door bug/glitch. It has to do with your computer and not the server. Just try restarting your game.

 

Agreed maybe a helper can take care of this

I know, this happens to me too. Very annoying as well.

 

It happens to me on peaceful. I put two doors next to each other, lock dem both and it messes up.

thats usually a display glitch. open/close it again. I've had this happen to me ever since I first started playing MC...its rare but does happen.
