    tbh like 99% of the applicants with open applications act nice and helpful all the time only to get the rank

    when your apply is closed you can finally act like yourself lol

    In reality, if I had to either be a staff member or keep being myself, I'd rather keep being myself, not put on an act. At least myself is fun.

    IMO, if you make a staff application, you have a higher chance of getting staff if you act like yourself, and not try to act over the top nice or whatever o.o
