[Creative] Restart Doesn't Work?

    In which minigame/server does the bug occur: Creative 1 (I don't know if it happens in the other Creative servers, but I presume it does)
    Detailed description of bug: after the "server restart" everyone are still on the server. Many people abuse this to cuss, spam (because there's no chat cooldown) and grief other plots!

    Pretty sure everything that happens after the server saved didn't matter. Seems good now.
