    EDIT: I can not guarantee that this is a bug It just looked like something that needed to be fixed (I have perfectly fine internet and never lag either)

    Old "bug", has been reported numerous times. The world generator changed at some point, new chunks use a different material for the plot borders. They change when you claim/reset the plot
