[Creative 2] Server down/Needs to be reset

In which minigame/server does the bug occur: Creative 2
Detailed description of bug: Server is down. I am aware of the sign at the lobby that says "If you cannot join, the server is down." But if it were full, it would not be full for this long with people constantly logging on and off.
The portal would not be as full as it is in the screenshot below.
Additional Note: I have tried joining the server through other means than the portal ( i.e, using the compass and command), but those failed to work without any error message given. Please fix this, and I apologize if I sound a bit demanding in this report.
