Creative 1.9 bug

    Detailed desc. of bug: You can't place signs or heads in creative, i tested it on all my plots and for some reason it doesn't work.
    It only happens if you go on the server using 1.9, so i'm not sure if this is just a minecraft problem or not

    Some features of 1.9 do not work on the J&H Network. That may be the cause of your issue.

    This issue should be fixed at the next server restart, which is in 8 hours as of writing
