Could Somebody Please Help Me Out?

Okay,
So when I play Minecraft I play on fullscreen. No not fullscreen like F11 or the fullscreen option in the video settings. I mean like how there's the minimize, maxamize, and X buttons on the top right screen and I can still see my applications on the bottom. So basically I play with the maximize button pressed (sorry if that was confusing for some of you). But anyways, lately if I minimize the already maximized Minecraft page, it doesn't let me re-maximize the page, so meaning like the page goes down in the bottom with my applications waiting for the Minecraft application to be clicked to re-maximize/open the page. But it doesn't reopen, so I either have to always keep Minecraft open, which can be annoying if I'm oh I don't know, copying off a pixel art picture on my computer so now I would have two applications open, Minecraft and my photos. And if i accidentally minimize it the only thing to do is to close Minecraft and reopen it. What should I do to fix it?
I added some screenshots to show you guys what I'm talking about.

I'm really sorry if this was confusing for some of you but I could really use some advice here!

After I minimize the page it doesn't re-maxamize/reopen when the Minecraft icon clicked on! (the crafting table)
What should I do guys?!?

 

All I can think of is uninstall Minecraft and reinstall it again. Hopefully that helps.

Don't just delete the Minecraft icon on the desktop but the .minecraft folder in AppData > Roaming

 

Use Alt TAB I think it is to move from program to program. You can play on full screen and go to desktop by hitting two buttons.
