Cosplay Tips?

I really, really need some cosplay tips! Here's the info:
1. I don't need a wig, my natural hair suffices.
2. I don't have the supplies needed for the clothing and I don't want to order a cosplay.
3. My boobs are too small for the character I'm cosplaying as.
4. I'm cosplaying as...


I need actual tips, please.

 

First off, cosplaying is about being your character and having fun. As long as you're having fun, that's all that matters.
Anyway, if you're going for that and can spare a little time (maybe a day or two), you could go into upcycling. Take your old clothes that match the color tone of the outfit. You'd need sewing supplies so you could ask your family or neighbors; someone's bound to have some sewing supplies. Then you could match your outfit to your own style, one that's completely independent yet dependent on the character design. I'm sure there are tutorials on sewing on Youtube, I mean they have tutorials for everything now. Obviously clothing may be expensive and you don't want to cut it up, so you could ask family members for relatives' clothing that is no longer needed, or buy cheap clothing at a swap meet.
