Minecraft Copying. The thing everyone hates.

Have you ever get copied by someone? Do you get annoyed when someone copies your build?
Here are some reasons why you should not copy and why copying is the stupidest thing you ever do when building.

Why can't i copy? It's a time saver, no one will know anyway!

Reason 1) Copying makes you less creative. Taking designs from others, isn't that unfair??
Reason 2) The person you're copying will not like you, therefore, he or she has a higher chance on doing bad things to you, such as griefing your builds or maybe insulting you. You wouldn't want to be insulted do you?

Why is copying stupid? I can do what i want!

Reason 1) You lose friends and trust. People that copy usually have very little imagination and people wouldn't be friends with you and help you build.

Oh and if you're wondering why i made this thread, well i just got copied after so much flippin effort on designing my build which took hours to build and i'm still building it at this moment! :(

See that? Just because you don't copyright something doesn't mean you should copy it. I just had to say that.
Anyways, I agree with this. Copying is annoying and wrong, especially when a friend does it.

And I really don't think its a huge deal to have someone copy you. Maybe you should ask them nicely if they would mind not copying you idea or better yet ask them if they would rather help you on your build! :)

Oml, @_Frizzy already knows this story, but I had built this really epic dragon head. And I showed it to someone for their opinion. The next day I log on and see the same exact dragon head on his/her spawn plot. The chat was filled with "I love your dragon head ______!" I was so pissed, they got all the credit for the head I originally built.

Creativity is not from copying others, it's from your own image and imagination.

People who copy other builds are usually around the age of 9.
