Okay so right now I'm on my phone cause of the current situation. I did a total restart on my computer and wiped everything off. I filled in the first couple lines for the PC setup. I pressed okay and "Applying these settings" popped up. But, it's been stuck in this screen for about two hours now. I've restarted my PC twice but I still get the same result of it "Applying These Settings" Any suggestions?
