Can't connect to IJAH

    In which minigame/server does the bug occur: Factions
    Detailed description of bug: Can't connect to any IJAH server. I'm getting a "connection refused" error. Other public minecraft servers are working fine. Singleplayer is working fine. Computer reboot did not help and I do not have a router.
