Hey there! I need a little help with something.. And I'm not to sure what to build as a "Map Submission". I want you guys to give me a few ideas on what you think I should build. It could be any type of map. Here's a list of somethings I could do: Build it lobby/Build it build arena. SG Map. Sumo Map/Lobby. Parkour Map/Lobby. OITC Map/Lobby MF Lobby/Waiting Area. Survival Spawn. Skyblock Island. Other. To lazy to continue listing everything... But you get my point. Also, if you'd like, please feel free to give me a theme to try and build it in. This will help me a lot if you guys could come up with a theme/build for me to do. Thanks in advance! :)
In my own opinion I think theres to many Sumo maps being submitted, and since I love SG try SG :P no hate for thinking to many sumo maps are being submitted ty
maybe like Pixel Art? I tried that and coz I have no paitence I gave up Or maybe a bedroom / house? Another beach theme A hotel A massive mansion Or Because its near easter an easter theme? idk If you'd like any help pm me ;)
As @Stellarite said, which I agree with, is you should build a new build-it lobby. A new scenario could bring a lot new players to this mini-game. For a theme, I would say a construction zone.
I think a build it lobby would be nice, and as a kind suggestion, i would like to maybe possibly help with building because i'm really good at it, especially the topic i suggested.
Ya know.. a new spleef lobby would really be a nice and refreshing thing to us in the community, maybe try that? Because i'm going to be completely honest here in saying that every time I go on spleef and walk through the icy lobby, I get so cold. Just a thought ;)
What if I were to make that, and not have it as snow, and remake the entire theme for Spleef and have it more like Grass or even other themes. Also, ask the community how they would feel if it was say a rotation of different maps, I don't know if that's possible, but I'm sure I can ask around for more information about it. But I just want to see what the community of Spleef will think.
Here are some of my suggestions for builds. A new UHC lobby. A new Build-it lobby. A new Craft Roulette lobby. A new Sumo lobby, and maybe a map as well. I say these because I notice that not too many players play theses games, and don't know about them. Maybe adding a new lobby to theses games will bring more players to the server.
Someone has already made a Sumo/Craft Roulette lobbies.. and they are outstanding.. so that's a no for me.. and as for the UHC Lobby, since UHC is new, we should just keep it the way it is and wait to see what happens later on.
Build it lobby/Build it build arena. = Lobby should be a lot of blocks flying everywhere forming something. Arena: Keep it. SG Map. = Make a map called "Ender" or "Dimensional" Ender is obviously the end, Dimensional is kinda like Biodome. Only all the Dimensions. Sumo Map/Lobby. : Map: Make one that would look like a REAL Japanese sumo match. Lobby: Two sumo guys coming at each other. Parkour Map/Lobby. : Map: Make a race map. Lobby: Make 2 different pks. OITC Map/Lobby : Make Dome, Showdown. Lobby: Keep it. MF Lobby/Waiting Area. Lobby: Keep it all. Waiting area: Make Jerry and Harry fight each other in mine carts. Survival Spawn. : Whatever. Just put a sign that says "The courage, skill, and speed will help you to survive the evilness." Skyblock Island. Whateves. Other. Whateves. How do you like my creativity?
Here are some of my ideas see if you guys agree or disagree: Sumo Map: Was thinking of doing something new.. what has never been done yet, and have things that make it more.. interesting with Sumo. My idea was to make little hill like things, that people would able to actually climb up onto and there would be different height levels of the map instead of just a flat surface. Skyblock Island: I was thinking of making like a barn. And having stables inside to put horses and such. The only problem with this idea is putting a horse egg into the chest, and people island farming them to sell. (Which is what everyone does with villager eggs anyway) This would bring back horses into skyblock like everyone wanted, and could bring in new building styles to everyone else. (with the horses) Build-It Arena: Similar to the style it is now, but bring in the new blocks, such as the Sea Lanterns with Quartz. I was thinking that or with Wood, stone, cobble, etc but have a crane like thing come from the top making it look like that is dropping the blocks. SG Map: I was thinking like a Jurassic Park theme map. Like a copy of Jurassic World map.. Or I was thinking about the Catching Fire like map with the center area, and whatnot. What do you guys think? Ideas to change, keep, etc.. Give me your input.
