    In which minigame/server does the bug occur: Peaceful Survival
    Detailed description of bug: There are regular skeletons are spawning in by the wither skeleton spawner.

    The chance of actually getting a wither skeleton from a skeleton spawner in the nether is 4/5 so every 1 in 5 skeleton will be a normal one.
