Bug in OITC

In which minigame/server does the bug occur: One in the Chamber
Detailed description of bug:

In the map "Raid", if you stand in the water and drown yourself, in the chat it will say "You have left the game" or something like that. When you click "Respawn", you will spawn on the Nuketown map, and end up like this:



This glitch works all the time, so far it has worked more than 2 times in a row.
