There actually is a boss i have heard of, its quite OP
It's a dragon boss. I cant remember the name of the game, but it took nearly a whole gaming community to defeat that one dragon XD

reason why he was so hard: all attacks 1 shot you and they all have 100% chance of hitting

Mario and Luigi: Dream Team
name of boss: Pi'illodum
Why: Well, he has over 1,000 hp, does over 100 health of damage, sends 4 droids in the background so they can heal him when weak, AND HE CAN FLY! He's not even the FINAL BOSS.

 

Persona 3, and Persona 3 Portable.
Elizabeth or Theodore, depending on what protagonist that you chose.
It's like a puzzle, you mess up, you die. Has 30k HP, and you only do like less than 1k.

 

Well first up, I don't even know if this counts, but #yolo
The very last mission in simpsons hit and run.
That was hard as fack. I spent 2 years trying to finish it, but I would always lose by 10 or 2 seconds. It was frustrating, especially since I was 7.
Reason why it was hard? You have a crappy old grampa car, and you have to make it all the way across town in 2 mins.
It's a decent sized car, and you have a radioactive barrel on the back. If you hit enough things, that barrel goes boom and you have to go back. Once you have gotten that barrel to the ufo at the school, you have to go back and do it AGAIN, twice. When you drop it off, you have 3 mins to get back to the powerplant. You then have to get the barrel, and you then have 2 mins to get back. It was really hard as a kid.

God boss in The Simpson's game. Man, I started that game at 7 or 8, and only finished it when I was 11, due to my playstation + the disc saying screw you Map. I later completed the game on the wii, and that was one of the greatest moments ever.
Reason it was so hard? My buttons were sticky, so it wouldn't register half the buttons I was pushing, therefore I would lose health and not be able to get past level 3. Once I got the wii though, it was easier. I spent 1 1/2 hours trying before I defeated him. You have 4 rounds, and it's dance dance thing. You jump on the arrow to destroy the enemy before they get to close. So, left -> = closest enemy to ->

Last bowser boss in Super Mario 64 ds. Mai gawd. The first two were bad enough. Well, they were actually easy, especially since I was 9. But that last one, I lost 50 lives to that son of a biatch. I could easily do the first bit, but once his fat ass broke the platform into that star thing, man, I kept falling off cause he was in the way, and all of that. But, I did beat him. 5 times. That was pretty good. Oh, and the climb to get to him, that took 25 lives of mine... Sigh.....

Baby bowser; Yoshi's island.
Man, my favourite game, but that boss battle was hard-ish. It isn't the hardest battle ever, but it can be quiet tricky if you didn't know what you were doing.
Reason it was so hard? The playing field gets broken up and you have to flutter between chunks of platform. Meanwhile, you have a giant baby bowser, who moos like a cow and shoots fireballs, running up to you. You then have to get eggs off the birds flying around and aim them at baby bowser. You get less platform the longer in the game. But, after the 129312th battle, it is a very easy boss, but it still my favourite.

Name of game: Legend of Zelda: A link between worlds

Name of boss: Ganon

Reason: Ok, first of all, the GAME itself is hard, due to all the puzzles, so you have to do a lot just to get to him.
Now, he has A LOT of health, and in this one, he's actually merged with 2 people, himself and this other bad dude named Yuga, who turns people into paintings. So, its pretty easy for the first bit, then when he starts blinking red, it gets really hard because you cant defend certain attacks. And, he has a lot of moves, so you can't really predict anything, he also teleports behind you, to attack you from behind.

Then, when you finally kill him, its not over yet, he had 1 piece of the triforce, and he goes into his 2nd ultimate form, where he takes the power of Princess Hilda from Lorule. Princess Hilda had 1 piece of the Triforce, and he takes hers, so now he has another piece, 2 pieces of the triforce vs. 1 piece, since you had 1 piece. The 2nd form is actually way easier than the last one, but still a bit tricky, you have to merge onto the wall, and shoot him with the bow of light on the back, and when he gets out of the wall, he shoots dark energy balls at you, and you have to bounce them back, and they fly at hypersonic speed.

So ya, hes pretty hard :/

Reason why he is so hard:He make these black holes after you got him down to 10% HP left and you have to time it right to hit him. If you time it wrong however, you take damage. I had to try this 27 times to beat him.
