Are the new staff members changing?

Before you read, I just want to say this has nothing to do with hating on the new helpers. We will not be talking about staff and all of that, I'm talking about how they suddenly changed. And this doesn't have to do with hating on the server. Keep that on mind.

Okay, I don't really pay attention to BlueJeans, since me and her don't talk much.
I'm gonna talk about Lila and 05ocram05

Okay, You guys are my friends, but It's just that I'm slowly getting tired of the server, I've been In it for a long time, and I didn't want to leave for my friends and It's basically where I normally chat with others.

I feel ocram Is getting to busy, I'm really happy for him. I'm glad he got his rank that he wanted for a long time, and I'm not against that at all. (Some people will think that once they finish reading this).

He used to love to chat, and make jokes. But sometimes, when I try to joke to him, he just ignores me sometimes. And It really hurts me. He sometimes responds to me "...." with nothing else.

Ocram, If you're reading this, I swear, I'm not hating on you and I'm not against you. It's just that you are slowly changing Into a different person. Other helpers are starting to get serious too, and you're my only best friend who Is a helper.

It kinda hurts me to see that you're changing Into a different person, I'm not saying you are completely different, but I think you should spend some time having fun, but spend more on your job though.

And now to Lila, we aren't exactly people who chat to each other a lot, I don't know if he sees me as a friend, but that doesn't matter.

Lila used to love to chat and make jokes with his friends too. But now all he/she says Is "wb" "hi" "bye" "gtg"
I think that's what he/she says. As from I heard.

Lila Is a good person, and I'm also glad he/she got the rank. But I don't want them to get too serious and lose respect and honor.

I don't hate you guys, I still respect you. But I'm really scared that something will happen to you guys. I hope you guys keep that In mind and still be the people you are.

This thread might be useless or stupid, but I just had to, even tho this Is my first time expressing my feelings and I can't keep it in.

I hope you guys are enjoying your time. But people like (Not saying name) Is now thinking she/he Is over everyone and makes her own rules? I don't want to say her/his name. Don't even ask, and If you know who It is, don't say It. this thread Isn't for flamewars.

If this gets out of hand, please lock this thread. (To the moderators).

Xad, I see your point over there, but sometimes I just have to do my job, instead of making jokes. Ofc, I still ove to chat and make jokes, but only at moments when possible. However feel free to msg me tough ;)

 

A couple people have been saying Lila changed. I have to say otherwise, she's still the same happy talkative girl to me. We can easily get into discussions, and stay in them for quite a while. Everyone needs to understand that with being a Helper, it's just more strain on you. You now have to take care of the entire server, not just your buddies. That's all I have to say.

 

um, i'm sorry to say this but, i strongly agree with xadidax, when i speak to cram he is all funny and all that so i can't say anything about that. again im NOT hating on ANY of the new staff but there has been some changes in people and again it hurts me because i think i have done something wrong (and at this point in time, i don't wanna be very sad) i even have given up the insane kklm and left him to die (another story, check off-topic or random spam for a story about that) so i agree with xadidax all the way and i'm glad for the new staff, im not hating at all

Yes, Lila changed, I agree with that. But now she has to act serious. Normally she says more then 'wb' 'bai' etc, but that changed. Lila, do not think I am hating on you because I am not. Ranks change people. And this rank has to be used by all seriousness, of course she can still make jokes etc, but not everytime. It's like also having a girl/boy -friend. People also change then. She deserved the rank, and she is doing her job great.

Thanks for replying here, now I really know why you kinda changed on how you act and how much more mature you are right now. (not saying you were an immature person before you got helper)

I respect the Staff Members, they deserved their rank, and to help, you have to be serious, and these people are doing it great! Atleast they are not ignoring us for being kinda more immature then them.

For me, it's already enough if they say 'Hi' or 'bye' to me, and not ignoring.

Once again, congratulations for getting promoted to help the server, you deserved it, you are doing an excellent job!

 

I can see where you are coming from. Have I changed?

Anyways, if we have there are a few main reasons.
1. Helper chat. You usually only see us in public chat. Staff talks a lot in that chat, so maybe it's just because they are not talking more publicly than they used to.
2. We just don't want to disappoint Jerry and Harry. All of us love the community, and would hate to make ourselves have a bad title.
3. We have to watch the chat closely for rule-breakers. It's harder than it looks.

 

I truly understand about their jobs and how they act serious for it.

Yes, they have %30 fun time and %70 serious time.

But whether the fun time Is 2 seconds, or 2 minutes, we won't give that up.

Lila does deserve her rank, but like i said above.
Lila is like a hero to some people, she is a great person.

You are actually the only new staff that didn't seem to change too much... You were always that kind of a person... And I'm not saying it's bad, you know. The thing that makes people sad is the fact that their friends have changed, and that they wont act like friends anymore. They have to do their job now, it's not time for fun anymore. That's why you applied for, to help.

I personally think that some new staffs has changed. I won't say who, but if you know, then you know. Their personality changed because they are staff now, they are serious about this. Some staffs are ignoring me, but whatever. I'm used to it anyways.

 

Yes, the staff has changed.
It happens with all of them. But it's for a reason. It's a part of being staff.
The members who do change change for the better and are still moderators today. Every one that didn't change to my knowledge ha been demoted.
Just accept it, the change is for the better.

I have noticed this change and have an expaination for it. They have changed because now they have to act more mature as now they have a big role in the community.

I'm just struggling to be here. I'm going somewhere far away from the server's destination.
In irl. it will be laggy and I won't be able to come for months. maybe sometimes in minechat but with ultra lag.

I just really don't want my last moments with a different friend. but i know you won't change.
