The numbers underneath the ranks is the swag level required for it.

• Rules:
• The owner (1_plamzLightning) may promote people if your swag level has improved.
• If your swag level is really high, like 10, you don't have to be an admin.
• Do not make fun of others!
• If you suddenly become less Swaggy, your rank gets put down one.

If I had swag level 10, I can buy Admin or LOWER.
