Any good -cheap- computer builds?

    I want a good computer build that is as cheap as possible, and that can smoothly run Minecraft with shaders recording, and that can smoothly play most games.

    My old computer was a Sony VAIO or VEIO w/e they are called, I forget.... It was my favorite laptop ever. It ran games so fast and everything was fast. My mom spilled coffee on it :(! I have a HP now which is nice but sometimes gaming is slow with it e.e
