An Important Messaage Regarding Staff

Hello everyone. I haven't been as active as I should be on the server and forums lately, but when I do join, I feel horrible to see how the staff treats members.

Don't get me wrong, there are many staff members who care, but so many I see treat the players like filth and act as if they are of a lower class of them.

An example is a friend of mine who recently got on the bad side of a very ignorant staff member. My friend typed a small comment regarding "Keemstar" that was hardly even bad (swearing involved - but nothing too bad) and he was muted...FOR A WEEK!

I have been abused on this server before by mean people, and nothing was done! As a matter of fact, I was told that I shouldn't have defended myself. That's rubbish.

And this isn't just it. For years I've seen staff who couldn't care less about this server, and I've had enough!

I request proper training for staff. Nothing too serious, just enough to give staff proper knowledge. Staff a lot of the time punish the people who do nothing wrong, and hardly do anything when something really bad has happened.

There NEEDS to be things like "Base Punishments" to where set punishments are set for certain crimes. Like for example, advertising may be a short mute while abuse may be a ban.

I know this thr we wasn't very well structured, but I am just so furious as to how staff are treating players on this server.

If your friend was muted for a week then he already had several other warnings, which led to the longer mute. If it was the comment about Keemstar that I'm thinking of, then the warning was valid.
There are problems within the staff team but none of the issues you bring up are actually valid.
I'm not sure where you see staff members treating players like "filth", but you can always make a staff abuse thread under reports.
