[All] Chat Cooldown

    In which minigame/server does the bug occur: Everywhere
    Detailed description of bug: I'm a [Premium] player on the IJ&H server and I've noticed something, for some reason I'm still getting chat cooldown even though on the rank I've bought it says that I get the "No Chat Cooldown" perk? It happens all the time even when I'm simply just doing a command it'll stop me and say "You may only post every 10 seconds"?

    The message "You must wait 10 seconds after chatting" is displayed if you try to change your nickname by typing /nick just after you typed a message. It has nothing to do with the chat cooldown.
