Abuse Reports at the Back of Off Topic

If you go all the way to the back of off topic, you will see a lot of abuse reports there. I'm just curious, did off topic used to be named something else? This is probably the case, since maybe back then, this server didn't have a separate report abuse section, but I'd appreciate it if a veteran could tell me why.

 

I noticed that too, i looked back like 5 mins ago but I have no idea what they are doing back there however this could have been an old report abuse section like you said.

 

Back when the early days of forums... will I think this was an old report section

 

Those have been there sine 'Random Spam' was created, this was never a report forum, they were just there for some reason

 

This used to be a report section.
