About reports.

    Before you start reading this: it's a drama thread.

    What does reporting do? Someone gets temp-banned. They come back to do whatever they were doing again. A plot gets cleared. The people rebuild it. There has to be a better way to do this other than the report section. That's all I have to say. I will try not to cause drama here, so I hope you won't.
