A late reaction (no drama)

This is a serious thread. If you're going to comment anything related to your self-indulged world on your single view, and you haven't read the previous comments, I don't think this is a very good place to reply. Although, if you may, I am not going to do anything.
It's not a personal attack, lmao. You're all over-thinking it if you see it that way.

In the start of August, I decided to host the well-known LGBT community event. It was initially greeted with "good idea" "glad you're doing this", the comments you're hoping for on a controversial thread.

I also recently updated it in an edit, you're welcome to find the thread and look at it, but that's pointless since most of what I said there is being said here.

Then they started to roll in as "it's just Minecraft" "you're doing too much".

This is when the argument broke out. My initial reaction was to take it easy, and just ignore these comments as they're allowed to comment whatever they'd like.

But it got worse.

Staff members had to get involved, and most of you know the story from there. If you don't, read the thread yourself. It's a good example of how other people see things.

It's time that I react to it. I'm going to do it in a way that nobody will be directly told, and nobody will be "obviously" that person. Instead, I am just simply going to break it up into 2 groups for simplicity and to avoid any remarks that may "trigger" somebody.

First off, thank you. You can guess who I said that to. To the people that helped me out when I obviously needed it. You're my everyday heroes and I don't know what I would do without people like you. You guys make me strong, and I hope I can make you strong someday.

For the other group, I don't hate you. You and I just don't have the same opinion on things, and that's completely okay, but there is a fine line between having 1 view and having multiple, which I believe is the problem. I won't go crazy, as a drama thread is completely not needed here, and it's not.
Other people will always have more than 1 view or less than 2. It's just natural.

It's not a drama thread. It's an opinion thread. There is a difference.
