[9th Story] The Rise Of The Devil

After all the wait, the 9th story is here to continue the timeline of the rest of my stories. I'm deeply sorry for delaying this story due to the lack of ideas, but hey, it's here.
If you haven't read my last story, don't worry, you will still be able to understand this story, but if you do want to understand the past more, feel free to read my 8th story.
Now please enjoy the first chapter of my 9th story to continue the mysteries and quests of my last story.

Chapter 1 - The Golden Axe
The month of terror faded away, about to return Earth back to normal.
But perhaps the recent events disturbed the planet.
The haunting dark creatures that roamed around earth returned to it's original form as humans, but most couldn't find the escape of death.
Earth drowned in destruction and pain, as humans scattered for a grasp of survival.
Before the race of humans could end, they discovered light...
After light and darkness falling to the lowest floors of darkness, the particles of light still remained.
Three humans known to be helpers of the light continued to do their role of being what the light wanted them to do.
While death lurked around the corner, the heroes contacted every remaining human of the world to help create a ship before they could sink in the depths of darkness.
Weeks passed, and some humans drowned in the sapphire floors of water while some fell in the pits of darkness, leading them to the core where they can never return back to the surface.
The cracks grew stronger, stabbing countries in the heart and spreading them away.
The final piece of steel covered the remaining gap on the ship, and it was complete.
All remaining humans, animals, plants and food got on.
The engine came to life, and the strength of fire and smoke boosted their way out of the clouds.
They survived and escaped the pain and horror of earth.

After a week of searching for a new home, Earth was still in sight.
Every minute, the Earth would get stabbed with different pains.
But it was too much, and Earth exploded, releasing all the elements that remained on earth.
Dust and stone roamed around the eternal space. Earth has died.
Two years of searching and scramming for a new home, half of the humans couldn't go on, and so their bodies remained in darkness.
But the heroes didn't give up and boosted the engine and discovered a new planet that seem to resemble Earth.
They prepared for landing, warning all humans to prepare.
The ship rushed into the planet, past the clouds and hit the dirt and soil, hard.
Glass shattered and broke into millions of pieces.
The ship than finally froze in place. The journey has been completed.
They got all the materials, animals and plants out and started to create the city.
The three heroes agreed and decided to call the planet 'Feeo'.
But, after weeks, everyone realized they vanished. Did they die? Did they get taken away?
With the burst of emotions startling everything, they found a letter.
'The search for the new light has begun. We will return once we have found it...'

???'s Perspective:
My view kept drowning in darkness while I was wrapped around by pain.
But, a different color started to fade in... something lighter.
The pain escaped and light has arrived.
My mind gave me permission to finally move.
I pushed myself off the ground and opened my eyes.
I got on my feet and realized the eternal space I was in.
Green textures surrounded my view, while creatures roamed around.
What is this place... what am I doing here... who even am I?
An answer popped in my head.
"Elisa..." I whispered.
I was confused why I said that but it was familiar...
"...That's my name... right?"
I nodded to agree that is my name.

Suddenly, I felt something pushing me.
I turned around, and noticed something golden on the ground.
It started to shine and I came closer.
I held my hand out about to grab the unknown weapon...
But out of no where, I heard a buzzing noise.
Then a small explosion busted in my face in front of me.
I fell on the ground and gasped for air.
I slowly got up, and the weapon still remained there.
"Don't EVER touch that!"
I turned my head, some people were there.
"Who are you?" I questioned.
"Tell us your name first."
I wondered if my identity was worth keeping to myself.
"Elisa..." I answered.
One of them got out a paper and looked at it.
"It's nothing like that name. Arg we found the wrong one!"
I was surrounded by confusion with unknown answers.
"Could you tell me your names now?" I asked.
They looked at me about to give out an answer.

"Kry." The first one answered.
"Agent S." The second one answered.
"And I'm Twage. Nice to meet you Elisen!" Twage laughed.
"It's Elisa..." I corrected.
"Listen... don't touch that Golden Axe, it's dangerous." Kry said.
I sighed since I had no choice.
"Well, since this isn't the one, let's go!" Agent S commanded.
They walked away, but I realized I didn't know where to go... these are the only people I've actually made contact with.
So I grabbed Kry's arm before they could continue walking.
"Listen... I don't know who I am or even who you guys are. But I can't just stay their alone. Take me with you." I commanded in a proud voice.
They looked at each other, wondering what to tell me.
Then, one of them opened their mouths, and-
"AHHHHHHH!!!" Agent S screamed, like a girl.
I looked up, and noticed the sky drowning in red dyes and textures.

Shadows of creatures started to fall towards us.
One of them landed, making dust blow in our faces.
"Demons! Elisa, stay behind us." Kry commanded.
I took a couple of steps back.
Kry got out a sword and Agent S got out a bow.
They charged forward and attacked the demons.
Twage started to throw lightning bolts and red smoke.
Kry stabbed his sword in the demons and Agent S shot his arrows right at the demons.
I noticed something... the way they attack seems to mean something...
Once I could realize something, all the demons remained on the ground.
"Umm... are you..." I struggled to find the right words.
They turned around wondering what I'm trying to say.
"Were you friends with the light?" I questioned.
Their eyes widened.
That question just popped up in my head and I couldn't resist holding it back.

They smiled and nodded.
"We were friends with the light that used to destroy all darkness that lurked through out the world, but now the light died... so we're trying to find a new one that could continue the light's role. Wanna come and help us?" Agent S smiled.
I nodded with delight and so we walked forward towards the eternal path.

Chapter 2 - The Wrath Of The Axe
We were a shroud in the beauty around us.
With minimal sound to disturb the journey.
Every step, the corner of the view fades away to the past behind us.
So many things to discover for an ignored, forgotten girl...
So I decided to take a step to try and get on the same level as everyone else.
"Do you know why the Light died?" I questioned.
"The light had to sacrifice itself in order to make the darkness fade away. It was a great risk, and we'll never forget it." Kry explained.
Sacrificing a whole life to make another go with it... It was quite stunning for a person to do that.
"Also, why did those demons appear before?" I asked again.
"We don't know, so we're looking for the newborn light to perhaps solve this. All we know is, this planet is a danger zone and we must make it safe in order for all humans to survive." Agent S answered.
Just then, we heard an explosion to the side of us with dust and stone flying in the air.
We looked at Twage, with a shocked face on him with his hand out.
"Why did you do that?" Kry shouted.
"I saw a demon!" Twage answered.
They all grabbed their weapons, why I was left with only pity.
Before I could feel down, something landed in my arms, startling me.
"Use that." Kry said.
I looked down, and a little sword sat there in my arms.
I held it tight to try and keep this weapon to eternity since this item is the most important thing I've got.

The hills in the distance started to lift the demon's heads in our view as they scrambled towards us.
Small, mutant and large demons hurried to us with randomized walking patterns and faces.
Each person got a demon, and the battle begun.
The demon in front of me had a missing wing and also had a huge bite mark on it's leg while it stuck it's tongue out, preparing itself for a flesh-fulled meal.
I felt ashamed about this creature with a horrifying past, but when it leaped forward, I stabbed my sword right in it's chest.
While it was hanging mid-way through the sword, black liquid oozed out of it's chest, wrapping the darkness around the sword and dying the green texture on the ground.
With disgust, I flicked the sword away from me, making the body flop to the ground.
I really couldn't go on, killing lifeless forms while watching their organs release black goo.
I watched the rest, fighting and killing demons with no emotions.
But I wished I didn't focus so much on their emotions, because just then a demon slapped my hand, making the sword fall on the ground.
I ducked, about to grab the sword but the demon jumped on me and showed it's red, rotten teeth.
Suddenly, light blue smoke hit the demon's back.
It looked behind it with shock and stabbed it's tail in Twage's stomach.
I couldn't see if there was a serious injury on him, but he was struggling in pain.
Kry started to help Twage while Agent S was fighting off some demons, leaving me with the demon.
They were all distracted, and my face was about to get donated to the demon's stomach.

Luckily, my legs were free so I kicked the demon off my body.
Quickly, I rose to my feet and aimed for the sword, but right at the corner of my eye, was something shining for my attention.
I slowly turned around to discover the shine.
A Golden Axe laid on the ground. The same Golden Axe I saw at the beginning.
"E-Elisa! Don't grab the axe! Get the sword!" I could hear Kry shout in the background.
I looked back at the pathetic sword and noticed the demon, starting to get up.
I wondered what lurked inside the haunting mysterious Axe.
I got out my hand, about to get my grip around the handle...
The Axe is wrapped around my fingers and I felt the warm on it.
Claws of blood grew on my arm and entered my chest and slowly raised to my eyes.
When the spikes of blood reached my eyes, my vision faded to red, and my body was wrapped around chaos.
I was trapped in an uncontrollable abyss.

"I called for you...
The Axe has found it's light...
It's leader...
It's Devil...
You must keep this Axe for eternity...
And then it will lead you to your destiny..."
The words echoed in my head and vibrated my mind with questions.
While exploring these questions, a sudden pain stabbed my stomach and my vision was cleared.

I gasped for a grasp of air and looked down to see if any blood escaped below my chest.
Luckily, no trace of blood was found but the pain remained.
While I stared at it, another stab of pain appeared, instead on my forehead.
I fell back, landing on the back of my head.
I drowned in pain as my body felt cold.
"Why did you TOUCH IT!" I heard someone shout.
I opened my eyes to see who is trying to communicate with me.
Kry looked beaten up with scars and blood on his face and clothes.
"You shouldn't have punched her in the head... that wasn't necessary..." I heard Twage say his opinion.
"I don't care... that Axe she touched could've turned her into a devil, just like what happened to Louise..." Kry sighed.
"Lou-Louise?" I questioned.
He went silent, almost pale.
"She was the light, but we don't want to talk about her after she ended herself in order to remove the darkness inside of her." Agent S explained.
I looked to my right, and noticed the axe next to me with blood on the end of it.
"We don't want anyone to be the devil again... because that may end humanity there." Agent S confused.
I looked down, feeling guilty about my action.
"You almost KILLED US!" Kry shouted with anger.
"Calm down. I'll give you a tomato." Twage said.
"You have to promise to never touch that axe again..." Agent S said seriously.
Without a choice, I had to agree. I couldn't argue with the people who used to be friends with the light.

I lifted myself up to the ground with sadness. Kry finally calmed down and we continued to walk.
Maybe I should've just let myself stay behind and let them do the work instead of me, ruining hope for everything.
While drowning in awkwardness, we finally arrived at the destination.
"This should be where the light is... I can feel it." Kry said.
I looked at where we were and noticed the giant, pointy mountain shading us from above.
There seemed to be an entrance in it with darkness covering what's inside.
"Twage, you remember how to activate that spell, right?" Agent S questioned.
He nodded and shot some orange, smokey lasers at his feet.
Slowly, his feet lifted off the ground and let gravity hold him.
"Yep, it works, now-..." Twage stared at me.
I sighed, knowing that they won't let me come due to the tragedy they had to face before.
Before I could say I'll stay here, something lifted my spirits;
"You can come." I heard Kry say.
Quickly, I shot my head up and stared at Kry with disbelief.
"R-Really?" I gasped.
He nodded than looked away.
I noticed that his emotions were full of guilt... perhaps from punching me, twice.
So Twage shot his magic at the rest of us and I felt gravity grab my feet.
I used my energy to shoot towards the entrance of the cave.
When I landed, the pushing air I used to feel disappeared, which almost made me fell.
Luckily, I got back to my normal moving mechanics and we entered the cave.

Chapter 3 - The Real Hero
We entered the faded darkness and became a shroud in the dark with little sound to guide us.
Twage tried to use his magic to guide us through this haunting cave but his magic would go out in second, leading us to no where.
"Should we turn back?" Agent S questioned nervously.
"No. The light will soon shine the way and lead us." Kry answered.
I wondered why someone would hide away from everything in the past... maybe it doesn't have a home or history.
As he walked further, that's when we started to hear faded calls.
The rest started to notice the call too, so we all froze in position to fully understand the communication.
The call was blurry with little details caught.
While trying so hard to pickup every little sound and voice, light flashed in our eyes, and made the walls visible to see.
Twage held a torch tight while watching the flames bloom and touch the ceiling.
"Where did you get that?" Kry questioned.
"I accidentally stepped on a piece of wood. I picked it up than used a spell to grow fire on it. Turn's out, it worked." Twage explained with pride.
He held it forward to make more darkness fade away to escape it's fear.
We advanced more, making the call become more clear but still hard to understand.
Every step would scare more darkness away, but than returning behind our feet.
Once I turned around, I could see the darkness, trapping us from behind like this was an eternal haunt.
I looked forward and noticed the eternal tunnel than expanding to a room with stone spikes from the ground trying to reach the ceiling.
Only a couple scattered around the room with some also mirrored on the ceiling trying to touch the ground.
Agent S than did a quite shriek when he noticed something on the ground.
A pattern of red blood leaded to somewhere.

We slowly followed the blood and than we reached it's owner: A girl.
Her arms were wrapped with a rope on the other side of a spike, which made her look like she was hugging a spike backwards.
Tape was on her mouth and eyes so she can not sense help or danger.
Than I noticed the blood starting to flow on her hip and stained her clothes.
"Agent S, break the rope behind her. Elisa, take away the tape on her face." Kry commanded.
I got on my knees and got the edge of the tape on her eyes.
Slowly, I peeled it, revealing the eyes of a harmed girl.
Her eyes were filled with tears filled with a past never forgotten or forgiven.
She stared at me once the tape was peeled off.
I peeled the tape of her mouth and once her mouth was free, she started sobbing.
"The pain... *wheeze* it hurts so much... *wheeze* my family... I don't know-"
"Listen you'll be alright, we'll help you. Just who are you?" I questioned.
"I'm... *sniff* Blab. That's the only name I got..." She answered.
"Blab huh? Why the funny name?" Twage giggled.
"Twage, you have a funnier name..." I growled.
"Right... Agent S, you done with the rope?" Twage asked.
"Almost..." Agent S said.
The rope fell to the ground, and immediately Blab's hands held her hip.
"Who did this to you?" Kry asked.
"I don't know... I just came in here cause I heard voices and saw a Golden Axe in that chest until someone cut me and tied me to this rock..." She answered.
"Golden Axe? You mean it can teleport?" Agent S gasped.
"The Golden Axe is trying to find it's master... it's owner... it's trying to seek for someone." Kry explained.
I went over to the chest and opened it, and the Golden Axe laid there.

My hands felt like magnets slowly reached out for it, but I remembered what I had to deal with...
With those thoughts haunting my mind I quickly slammed the chest's lid down to cover the Golden Axe.
Suddenly, I heard Agent S scream... like a girl...
"If you stop screaming, I'll give you a tomato. But don't you dare eat it." Twage offered.
"It can't be... Kry look!" Agent S gasped.
Agent S seemed to be holding a piece of paper.
Kry grabbed it and noticed something shocking too.
"Your... Your the light!" Kry gasped.
"I am? I mean... yes I am!" Blab cheered.
"Louise- I mean... the true light has chosen you!" Twage cheered with joy.
"Ye-Yeah! I am the light!" Blab continued to cheer.
They bowed down as Blab stood up.
I seemed quite confused... so I just kept searching through all these chests for something.
"Ahem... Elisa... You must respect the light and bow down..." I heard Agent S whisper.
I ignored him and kept opening the remaining chests and containers.

I was startled when I felt something on my shoulder.
I quickly turned my head and noticed Blab, holding my shoulder.
"I feel your poor pain... about being not the light... and having fame... but this world will be safe soon. I'll make your friends safe... you safe... your family." I saw Blab smile.
"You know my family?" I whispered.
"No, but if you do tell me who they are, I'll keep them safe." Blab offered.
"I... I-"
I started to notice the growing sound of hissing and whispers from the entrance of the cave.
"The demons! Blab, grab the golden axe!" Kry gasped.
Blab quickly opened the chest beside me, about to grip onto the golden axe.
"W-Wait!" I gasped while grabbing her arm.
"You'll loose control and hurt us all!"
I remembered what happened to me... the thought of my eyes getting filled with blood... hearing whispers from the darkness and hurting my friends...
"It's okay." She said.
Her other hand grabbed the axe.
I thought she was going to turn evil and I fell back, letting go of her arm.
I shuffled back, preparing for danger as she held the axe tight.

She charged forward, slicing the demons while the black ooze escaped out of their flesh.
I thought she was going mad, but her eyes were normal and she seemed to be normal...
How come when I touched it, I turned mad?
I just kept watching everyone attacking the demons with Blab who were destroying them.
Than I noticed all the demons were on the ground with wounds and stabs, releasing their blood.
"You alright?" Twage asked, lending his hand to help me get up.
Without a choice, I grabbed his hand and got up.
"Yeah... Yeah, I'm alright." I answered.
"You are the light! You can control the power of the darkness in the axe!" Agent S cheered.
I felt disappointed that I wasn't the light and how much respect I would've got.
Twage noticed my guilt and tried to cheer me up with his stories.
"I always wanted to be a great hero, helping people and being strong and smart. But I'm just a dumb tomato. I don't even know what 1+1 is. Isn't it 11? Anyway... at least your better than me!" Twage giggled.
Turns out, I could relate to that being such a dumb person so I just walked out of the room.
While bumping into hidden walls and being covered in darkness, I finally made it out outside.
The blue moon shined it's beauty across the sky.

While staring at it, something was stabbing my mind in pain.
I closed my eyes tight, trying to forget the pain and release it.
"Your the darkness...
You are the chosen one...
Your my demon...
The Golden Axe has chosen you...."
So many random voices, tangling my mind and and destroying my thinking.
My legs were shaking and were loosing balance and my heart was screaming, pushing my chest so hard I could hear it over the voices in my head.
I tried to run away, away from this chaos, but I slipped, lost my balance and fell.
I was trapped in an abyss of death and chaos.
I was wrapped in fear and choking with darkness.
Than, my stomach was pushing and stabbed from such a fall with great force.
I tried to make the view stay in my vision.
I slowly raised my hand forward, trying to grab the ground to reach me forward.
But the pain stabbed my whole body, and my face landed in the grass, covering my view while I laid there, waiting for something to rescue me from this darkness.

"Do not fear..." It whispered.
"You will be guided..."

Chapter 4 - The City Of Neo
The darkness unwrapped and light started to take it's place.
My eyes opened and my limbs were ready.
My breath was shaky and I sweat dripped down my forehead.
I raised my head and looked under my shirt to see if my belly was harmed.
It was wrapped in white bandages with a fade of blue liquid.
"Arg..." I groaned.
"Listen."
I looked up immediately to see who called.
"I don't know you... and you probably don't know me. But I need your help."
His face were mixed with different emotions, almost impossible to tell what he was feeling.
"Who are you... Wh-Where am I?" I asked.
"I'm just a normal citizen of Neo, and you my friend is in Neo." He answered.
"Is Neo a different planet?" I questioned again, frightened about how long I've been taken.
He let out a small chuckle, probably thinking our random my question was.
"No. Your still on Feeo, which is the planet you are in, but your in a city named Neo. I saw you just... lying there in front of the mountain, so I took you here and took care of you for... a couple of hours." He explained.
I remembered the hard fall I took and landing on my stomach... I wondered if the rest of my organs were unharmed.
"Is anything broken? Are my organs okay?"
"Well... your stomach was slightly harmed but it healed when I gave it some medicine. The rest of your organs are fine as well."
I let out a sigh, letting the worry of anything broken flow away.
"I heard you were friends with Kry, Agent S and Twage. Where are they?" He questioned.
"The M-"
I realized that it's been hours. They have probably left the mountain, searching for me.
"...I don't know." I sighed.
He sigh and slammed his hands on the desk, full of frustration and confusion.
"Why do you need to know where they are?" I questioned.
Is he trying to find them and kill them? Is he a spy?
"Before the day they left Neo, they were holding a paper and put it in a drawer in their little home. Right before I knew they left, I decided to check their drawer to see if the little paper is still there. Before I went inside, I saw someone go inside and take the paper. I quickly ran after the person but I lost track of it. The next day I realized that Kry, Agent S and Twage were preparing to leave. I warned them about the person who stole their paper but they didn't listen and left. I want to find them to see if they found the paper yet, because I heard the paper is the most important thing they need for their mission." He explained.
"The paper..." I whispered.
I just remembered they did hold it in the mountain when they found Blab, and also held it when they found me.
"They did get it." I said.
"How are you sure."
"I saw them hold it. Twice with my very own eyes.
He than let out a smile.
"But... what if it's not the right one? What if the person still has it and they have a fake one. We've got to find them, you stay here." He said.

Without saying a single word, he headed towards the door and ran outside, leaving me in the dust.
I tried to get out of bed, but if I stretched my belly, a massive stab of pain would harm me.
Once more, I tried to stand up, but it felt like 100 needles stabbing me above my hips.
One more time, I used all my energy to push me up, charging through the pain.
I let out a sigh of relief when I saw my feet, standing on the ground holding my body.
I looked out of the window and noticed calls of screams and dangers.
The sky was dyed with red textures again, scaring the known blue sky away.
The clouds started to spread, and demons showered from above, landing in randomized locations.
Lightnings disturbed the planet, letting all creatures know that danger has arrived.
Screams of terror filled every ear around the zone as the demons attacked, while having a feast of flesh.
I slowly walked towards the door.
I pressed my hand on it, making it creek open.
As soon as the door was big enough for me to escape, out of no where something jumped on me, making me fall on my back.
A demon stood on my stomach, making the pain kick in.
I screamed, trying to let anyone that I'm in danger, but no one knew I was in trouble.
The weight of the demon was like a boulder.
With only an amount of seconds before it could make a meal out of me, I punched it, right in the mouth, making it fall on the ground next to me.
I got up and looked at my belly. The bandages were starting to unwrap.

I marched out of the house, and noticed the spread of chaos through Neo.
I ambled towards a forest which might be safe.
After the pain of walking, I was surrounded by green.
But the colour of red started to spread.
Demons surrounded me. They were all different shapes and sizes.
I was too weak to fight and I had no weapons.
I waited for them to end me until a huge explosive sound echoed through the forest.
One demon flopped down with black ooze, spreading across the grass.
Another explosive sound erupted, making another demon flop down.
The cycle continued, and than all the demons were on the ground.
I started to shake in fear, wondering if the explosive thing will hit me next.
I noticed someone coming out of a bush and walked towards me.
I shivered in fear, wondering if this guy would harm me.
"Y-Your the same one I rescued..." He said.
With those words said, it triggered my mind, making me remember this man as well.
"Your the one who left me." I said in a serious voice.
"I thought you were too weak to run... I'm sorry."
I sighed, feeling disappointed about how unwanted I am.
"Hey, it's in the past. You'll be safe with me, I promise. So, your name?" He questioned.
"Elisa." I answered.
"I'm Brake."
We shook hands and decided about what we should do next.

"We need to find your friends and see if they have the right piece of paper. Otherwise they'll be in trouble. I heard someone else is with them too..." He explained.
"Blab?" I said.
"BLAB is with them? This is bad..."
"Why is that bad?" I questioned.
"I'll explain later, just-"
He paused and just stared right past me like he's seen a ghost.
I turned around to see what he was staring at.
Someone in the distance stood there with a shiny.
"Who are you? Are you a survivor from Neo?" Brake called.
It just stood there... maybe it doesn't understand English.
"Ahem... WHAT IS YOUR NAME?!" Brake shouted.
Still no response...
After a couple of seconds, it charged forward.
Brake got out a shotgun and handed me a sword.
I held my sword out to see if the stranger just runs straight into it.
It than took a giant leap over my head and kicked Brake behind me.
"Brake! Are you alright?" I questioned.
He slowly raised his head, until I realized the stranger behind him, about to stab him.
I quickly stabbed my sword into the enemies weapon, stopping it from killing Brake.
I took a step backwards and tried to stab the enemy.
But it just kicked the sword out of my hand.

It than punched my stomach, making me fall down and roll in pain.
I tried to reach my sword until I realized the enemies weapon right in front of my neck.
I held still, taking tiny breaths.
A large explosive sound was heard again, and the enemies weapon was flung out of it's hand, onto the ground.
This was my opportunity to attack, so I grabbed my sword and stabbed the enemies hip.
It screamed in so much pain as blood spitted out on it's clothes.
I quickly got up and followed Brake out of the zone.
After an hour of running, I was out of breath.
"Who... was that guy? *cough*" I questioned.
"I... I don't know..." He sighed.
"We need to find your friends... and warn them about that enemy. Maybe... that person is the darkness."
"What do you mean 'darkness'?" I asked.
"When light or darkness falls, it finds a replacement. The light must've chose Blab, while the darkness must've chose that person. But who is that guy... we need to find out but we're too weak, so we need to ask Kry, Agent S and Twage for their help and guidance." Brake explained.
"Okay. Let's go... forward." I pointed.
He smiled and ventured forth.

Terribly sorry for not posting a chapter for a week. Many events were happening last week... anyway let's get back on track!

Chapter 5 - Bad Blood
As we ventured forth, the beauty surrounded us not matter how many steps we took.
It was quite silent, making the journey quite awkward with no voice.
"Tell me, why is it bad that Blab is with Kry, Agent S and Twage. You never explained." I questioned.
He stopped and started to think, then let out a deep sigh.
"Me and her had bad blood right after the ship landed here. She sometimes isn't trustworthy. So no matter how much she tried, I never trusted her, making the two of us like enemies. If Kry, Agent S and Twage trust her, she might cause trouble." He explained.
Once his explanation was complete, I resumed walking, and so did Brake.
Than I noticed the bright sun fading away.
I looked up, and red textures filled the sky again, with clouds vanishing into smoke.
Demons showered from the sky, with a couple landing in front of us.
Brake stood in front of me and put his hand out.
"You stand back, I'll take care of them." He commanded.
"But I want to help!"
"You can't... your... your too weak. I'm sorry, it's the truth."
With that opinion, I felt broken. Another friend making me feel guilty...
I needed to swap that around.

I pushed his hand out of the way and charged right at a demon that looked weak and tired.
My fist was out, about to lend some pain to the demon.
But it grabbed my hand before I could land it on it's face.
The other hand of the demon than scrunched up into a fist. Oh no...
And my forehead was stabbed with pain once it's fist plunged my head.
I fell right on my back.
I slowly got up, about to punch the demon again.
"ELISA, MOVE!"
I turned around, and noticed Brake with his shotgun, about to shoot the demon.
I quickly jumped out of the way and saw the demon's face explode with black liquid spreading through the air.
Then I heard Brake shout in pain.
I noticed him with a demon scratching his face and another one trying to grab his shotgun.
I charged straight at the demons, but Brake stopped me.
"Elisa, run! I can take care of them, just run as far as you ca- Arg!" He shouted.
"I can't leave you here!" I said in a mighty voice, trying to make him allow me to help.
"Their too strong! You won't make it, just go!" He shouted.
More demons started to attack him.
I didn't want to look how much harm he got, so I turned around and ran.
I didn't stop, and I didn't look back. I wanted the past to stay in the past.

Once the last grasp of air was gone, I stopped and landed on my knees.
My eyes started to fill up, and tears were then released.
I tried to calm down and be brave, but it was no use. The tears broke free and so did my blues.
"What are you doing here?" Someone called.
I looked up.
"B-Blab?" I gasped.
"What happened to you." She questioned when she helped me get on my feet.
"The demons were attacking me and my friend Brake. There were so many demons and-"
"Did you say Brake..." Blab hissed, interrupting what I could explain.
"Yeah. Do you know him?"
Then my mind clicked.
Her and Brake had bad blood between each other..
"Yeah I do know him. Your FRIENDS with him?" She shouted.
"He did save me... twice." I answered.
She looked away with a frustrated look.
I looked around, and noticed something missing in my view.
"Where's Kry, Agent S and Twage?" I questioned.
She looked back at me, still with frustration.
"We split up to just look for you. But now I know your friends with Brake, then..."

She dug her hands in her pocket, and something pointy was in there...
Before I could wonder what it was, she held grabbed my neck, and held me high.
I tried to breathe, but her hand was too tight for me to breathe.
Than, she jabbed a needle right in my neck.
I tried to scream in pain, but I had no breathe left, making me start to gag.
Once the needle was out, I was dropped onto the ground.
I didn't know what the needle did to me, but within seconds, that's when I discovered what it really did to me.
My vision started to get blurry, and my muscles were getting sloppy.
"Don't worry, the demons will have a feast on you before you wake up." She said.
Than she walked away.
I tried to reach my hand out, but than, my eyes closed, and I was asleep.

???'s Perspective:
"I don't need you anymore..." It said, looking down at me.
"But... I've been with you for years!" I gasped.
"My strength is more powerful than you. Leave now before these demons eat you."
My mouth was wide open, not believing what it's saying.
I didn't know what to say.
"But-"
"LEAVE!"
The gates slammed open, releasing the demons.
They all started to charge towards me.
I quickly ran towards the exit, while within heartbeats I'll be gone.
When I finally reached outside, the door slammed behind me.
I turned around, putting my hand on the door.
"Master? Master?" I called.
No response.
"Master! Please!" I called once again.
Nothing.
"Master, I love you!" I called one last time.
...
I started to punch my hands on the door.
"I can't go on like this! Your the only one that I love! Let me in!" I kept calling.
I kept repeating the same words.
The tears were than released. My master has abandoned me.
With one finally look at my home, I walked off towards the forest.

I ventured forth through the forest looking at every plant and creature caught in my view.
I tried to keep the thought of my master out of my head, but every once in a while it would come back.
Every sweet memory of master and I then transformed into haunting nightmares.
I was about to go back to sobbing once more, until something ran straight past me.
A demon started to charge ahead, straight past me.
Than I noticed it joining some demons, gathering around something.
I took a couple of steps closer, slowly and silently.
A demon moved out of the way.
A girl laid there on the ground...
Before I could examine her face, the demons started to lick their lips and also hiss. Oh no...
I charged forward to protect my new friend... my new master.
