    If they are then talk to them more often because no one talks in all-chat or in just normal chat anymore, so I do see why you're having trouble making friends

    Just talk to them more so they can be more closer towards you and then you'll hang out more
    Try looking at the things they talk about and start talking about the subject
    Or try jokes
