Minecraft 1.9 Lava Lakes

Yes, it is true. Lava lakes has been added to the 1.9 update/snapshot (Still buggy)

And some potion stuff idek what is for.

I did take other screenshots of bugs and awesome stuff about 1.9 but the screenshot files was too big. ;-;
This is not world edited. Go and try it yourself.

 

Lava lakes were a thing since Alpha 1.2.6...
The potion stuff is lingering potions which leave a cloud of particles when thrown that will give any entity that walks into it a specific status effect.

You used the customized world generation, which was since 1.8. If you didn't, it's a glitch because it's not mentioned anywhere.

 

The thing I wanted to do to was to show what 1.9 did... I wont start a flame war

Like any other versions, I'm expecting a ton of bugs

 

There is a glitch in the snapshots where wild dogs despawn after a day ;_;

 

When is 1.9 coming out? I've been waiting for 0ver a year!

 

1.9 is mainly focusing on bug fixes currently. Expect it to come out soon.

 

Which is good. We should all remember 1.6.1 when they screwed up sprinting until 1.6.2.....

 

I guess Mojang really thought about the plethora of glitches that possibly anyone can notice

 

Actually you can still obtain them in naturally generated chests, they're just not craftable.

 

Craft as many as you can xD they'll be rare!
