    I'm not good at explaining things, but the 0 alerts glitch has to do with a lag between you checking alerts and the page loading.

    Reloading the page should fix it, I don't think it can be mended.

    Honestly, this may be a bug, but seeing what @Masterchief07 said, it really doesn't need to be fixed, as it can easily been avoided.
