        Yes, it would, actually. One needs to find both of them funny, for this to be fulfilled, however, which is rarely true. This would create a image that both fit from either side that views it. So essentially, you have a double negative outcome (both being funny) or a double positive outcome (neither being funny.) Therefore, both views of the person would be relative.
