I have forgotten to ask you, who accepts people and hoe long does a application take to get denied/accepted
Well, it's usually one of the owners, Dao, or maybe even Willy. Not sure how long it takes, however I waited 5 months, but that was because the plugins and such weren't ready until the 4th month.
what if your staff app is dead and burned under a pile of others can you just like lock and make a new one if it wasnt accepted xD
It doesn't really matter if it's dead and stuff, staff members don't always look at applications with replies from recent dates, so yeah. :P I don't see the need to do this, and people might use this negatively if you DO do this, so... My answer is no.

Depends. x3 Asking a staff member to check your application will be an instant deny. Asking a friend of yours to check it out and give you feedback is okay, as long as they don't bump your thread. If the thread is old enough that it'll be a bump if someone replies (3-4+ weeks), then they'll get punished. If the thread is extremely old and you want feedback, I recommend asking for the feedback someplace elsewhere xD
