Never give up on anything you desire. If you really want it, you will go to the ends of the earth to get it.
I resigned because I was inactive for a very long time, and it wasn't fair people below me who deserved a promotion. There would be weeks where I didn't remember this place existed. I kept telling myself I could be active again, but it never worked out. There was just no time cut out to be an admin of a minecraft server. Thanks for all the memories, and this going to be the end. I will pop on forums if I have time/remember.
