Do you get annoyed when babies cry in public?

When i'm at a fancy restraint, or i'm at the mall, anywhere I go, I never manage to not hear a baby crying. I personally think it's extremely annoying, over the maximum extent. I do understand that they don't know better, but I just have to say, it's pretty annoying. Anyway, please vote, I would love to see what the community thinks. It gets kind of annoying, but then you realize back then you were probably the one screaming their arse off in a restaurant. Kind of the reason why double standards exist lol.

 

I don't at all, only if it's in a place where you just shouldn't bring your child. Like for example, in McDonald's, fine. In a really expensive restaurant, why?

But I can handle it, whenever I see the baby most of the time it just takes a smile from a stranger to calm them down a bit, I've experienced that a lot heheh c':

 

I'm fine with babies crying, except if they're crying in a mosque, yes that's annoying as fuck.

Mosques are crowded, especially at big days like Eid, and there's a lot of moms who bring their babies together and just leave them sitting on the floor. Babies that knows nothing will get scared once someone shouted "Allahuakbar" and they started crying until the prayer ends. I can't do anything other than grumbling in my mind.

 

I don't find it annoying. All babies do it, and we all cried in public when we were babies.

 

I don't think it gets annoying in public places unless the people/family doesn't care. Very often it ends up in even screaming at or hitting (literally hitting) the baby in the more ignorant side of Turkey. It is funny enough that people get away with scaring/damaging a baby, making them cry more.

I feel the same way. I get that we've all been there as babies, but you don't have to bring your baby literally anywhere you go. For example, I was at the cinema's and like for 3 times I heard the same baby crying. Some parents... =/

 

Usually I just want to go hug the baby and calm it down bc most of them are cute.

If it's a bratty 4 year old tho, I want to dropkick it.

Personally, I dislike it. Not to a point to where I'll start ranting about it, but I still dislike it.
I can understand why though, and it is not like I hate babies, because that doesn't make sense to me.

The argument, "but you were a baby and cried too", unsurprisingly, is not an argument.
Maturity develops with time**, and as we grow older many things we did or have seen around us in the past seem irrational. Kind of like you don't blame me now for stealing a cookie from the cookie jar from when I was four years old or basically thing anyone has done when they were younger. Everyone has done something stupid when they were younger. Crying is no exception, especially to people that don't like it when things are too loud.

 

I really dislike it. Especially in planes when you try to sleep but a baby keeps on crying... I can't handle it
