'13 Reasons Why' gets renewed for Season 2 [Spoiler Warning]

Recently top Netflix show 13 Reasons Why has gotten renewed for a second season. There's already tons of speculation about what will go down, and some ties to the loose ends we received in the season 1 finale. I have one question though.

Do you think a second season is a good idea?
Truthfully, I'd like to know because there's arguments for both sides. Personally, I'm ecstatic that they're renewing the show for the new season. Yes, the first season was done so well, but the feeling and the impact the show has had makes me want more. It's going to get good ratings, and we know they won't fail us with story-telling (henceforth season 1). I'm also really intrigued to see what'll happen next. Why does Tyler have all those guns? Did Alex try to commit suicide, and did he succeed? Why did Jessica lie? Who was in the ambulance? What is Mr. Porter going to do after he listens to all the tapes, or some of them? What are Hannah's parents going to do when they hear the tapes? See, so many questions that all have the potential to be answered in the next season. That's why I'm happy for it to return.

As stated above, I am interested to see what you all think. As always, please try to respect other opinions.

we were left with so many unanswered questions at the end they couldn't leave it like that lawd

I'm especially excited to see about Tyler and why he took down alexs picture and has guns omg

I've never watched 13 reasons why?

 

If you have Netflix then I highly suggest watching it, if you are of course fine with some graphic/inappropriate scenes and language. It's a great show nonetheless (my opinion)

Here's the thing. She's already dead and there's nothing that can be expanded on that. I would like to see what they do with a season 2, however, I hope they don't (as controversy goes) glamorize or glorify the fact that she did commit suicide.

Tbh you guys have wayyyyyy too high expectations for the season
Usually in every single tv series, anime or some shit like that the first season is much better than the second one
I am waiting for people to say "the second season sucked"

 

I'd rather watch anime instead.
