Not getting items -Killerwhale8

I PAYED 5$ for 5 mob spawners on SKYBLOCK1 so it said I bought it but I didnt have them on skyblock so please help me

• Close minecraft completely and wait about 10 minutes.
• Wait it out.
• If you don't receive it in 1 day or so, e-mail info@itsjerryandharry.com and show them your receipt.

my inventory was empty and it didnt say that buycraft thing its been 2 days DX
