Important Moderators Rant Please read but dont hate

I have been playing this server for well over 2 years now and since i have come back i have never seen such Biased unfair and frankly terrible moderators. It seems like Helpers are better than mods. I have a few examples of where people have been unfairly treated by mods

1. Yesterday i received a warning for telling someone to "Fuck Off" Fair enough. I asked the moderator why i didnt recieve a warning before the kick and he said he had reasons to give me straight kick. But then another "RANKED" player comes along starts saying the word "Nigger" in chat bearning in mind that a ranked players chat is more visable. the moderator was watching chat at this time as he kicked me but failed to notice blaitant racism. When i reminded the moderator of this. he told me he has been warned and if he does it again he gets kicked. how come i get a straight kick for telling someone to "Fuck off" without warning but racism gets let off with it once. I dont know if this was a moderator being biased towards a ranked player or what but this was very frustrating and he couldnt give me details on why i got punished harder than the ranked guy spamming racism.

2. I was messaging a helper today about how i was unfairly treated this helper "Annonymous Name" was very nice and helpfull and told me to appeal. Obviously i cant appeal as my warning was fair i was more upset about how i was being punished harder than others. But she sent me a link anyway to the ban appeal to help maybe punish the moderator for being unfair. When i got there it read that it was ban appeals so i questioned this with her. Remeber this wall all done using /m to private message this helper. I get a message from a mod telling me to stop spamming false information about the server support. I told him/her she was invading my private conversation and she said she had the right to. So the server should get rid of /m as it isnt private at all. I feel this isnt fair as i was just asking a helper about something. She wasnt even polite or nice in anyway she basically threatendme when i made a simple mistake. When i responded saying oh i didnt know that you can report anything she didnt even respond to me.


I do like this server but the Moderators are taking away my fun and others. Unnesicary kicking and also telling people off for swearing even though the server allows swearing as long as not direct to anyone.
I feel like people should know about this but if you choose to move this forum so be it

Take in the consideration that you aren't the center of the world.

Staff need to warn, mute, and ban other people. They can't just focus on your issues all the time. Sometimes if they don't see a issue right away, it takes some time to warn them (or the ranked player). You just got "unlucky" when staff was looking at chat.

I wasnt given a warning but this guy spamming the Nword was i was just traight up kicked for saying fuck off

 

If you have any problems with any particular staff member, please report abuse, don't rant about it to the public. Just because you didn't recieve premium quality for every single situation, does not mean we are a bad team.

 

If you got kicked without a warning then that's a issue.

Otherwise you most likely should've gotten one.
