Ok, just want to say, discussing this stuff publicly almost never goes well. You should know this lol
If you want to discuss their bans, people being punished for doing inappropriate things/etc, people not getting punished for inappropriate things, or possible bias, I suggest not doing it in a public thread, but instead talking to an administrator privately about all of it.
Moving on, I will not state my thoughts/feelings about this topic as it's the right thing to do from my pov.

Finally, this thread will be remained open for the time being as nothing bad has happened yet. Just watch what you guys say, and think before you talk as threads with similar topics to these have not turned out well in the past. :)

Speaking from experience, asking admins about it will not really do anything, while public threads have a big influence.

Just so you know Ani's attitude was obviously never improving and he had more than 15 warnings. He was given many chances, and he clearly didn't want to be here anyways.

At least Ani was a cool person lmao, and did I mention about MainHoe who was also permbanned in an unfair way?

Shit on some staffs can do whatever the hell they want and come up with a justified reason of "they didn't take the chance blah blah blah

    No offense lol

He has 16 warning points with no intention of improving, why would we keep someone around who doesn't have any intention to stop breaking the rules?

There's a reason why it's called a permanent ban, they're meant to be permanent. Just because he apologized 10 months later doesn't mean we care to have him back.

Wrong. The post was only removed, he did not receive any warning points.

Nice bias mate. He was repeatedly harassing users after being warned multiple times showing no improvement at all. He even reported another user to the FBI... Who does that?
What rule is being broken here?
To add onto Harry's reply, this is deliberately starting drama and/or trying to turn people against staff.

There's definitely some bias involved here when the latest post on your profile is literally him trashing staff.

Look, we get that you are upset because he is your friend, but he has a total of 16 warning points and has shown no signs of changing his attitude whatsoever. This perm was justified.

Before you say: Oh oh, but you unbanned Ben!!11! Katherine!!1 Very unfair!

Actually, no. It's not unfair. It's a matter of context. We're talking about 2 individuals who actually, at some point, had a positive impact on the community and were active members of our services.

Comparing in specific these two individuals with someone like Valentino is like comparing a tomato & a rotten tomato. ''Why didn't you eat the rotten tomato?!'' - Because it is not good for me.

People who we (key word: WE) believe should not be able to use our services, will most likely get banned after repetitive offences. Just like anyone would discard rotten food, we will discard toxic members of the community (Also, we both know Valentino wasn't just banned for being a troll and having 8 warnings, come on Jerome. Don't fool yourself.)

As for the bias claims, I like Ani, and I've been Ani's friend for years now. If it was a biased decision, he probably wouldn't be banned. Also, the whole team makes decisions on this. It's not just a few individuals (to avoid biased decisions).

We decide who can be part of our community. We've always been very nice to rule breakers, most of the times only using permanent bans as a last resort, when we decide to make a permanent ban, we do it with the intention of being permanent. Valentino wasn't the only one getting his ban appeal denied, because together with his appeal, others which are permanently banned, also appealed. And got the same treatment because we didn't want them back. It's our server, it's our decision.

Also, if someone wants something done about a certain topic, it's not through threads like this that something will be done.
