Do you draw with your wrist or your shoulder, and is there a difference between them?

That's awesome, you're pretty talented! :D

 

I draw with my wrist. It gives me more control over the angle of the lead and stroke width. I also use my shoulder in order to fill large areas or apply a certain texture to render. It all depends on the situation.
