Book an appointment at the hospital near you, or go into A and E. I went in from a dog bite before js. but really you should see a doctor about it. You live in england, so you dont need to pay for it.

 

Definitely see someone about this.. :( Hope everything gets better though.

I have had a past experience like this, but no where near as bad as this.

I think you should go to the emergency room rather a doctor because this is really bad for you and the doctor should've told you the same thing. You should go there because they'll give you a more in-the-now way to solve this or help you at the hospital instead of trusting you to do this at home. Living off of juice, like that's not okay. The hospital will take care of you and make sure you get better there and it will probably be a faster recovery there.
Anyways, I hope you feel better soon. Something like this happened to me about 2 years ago, but it was solved quickly when I went to the hospital.

 

Last time I can recall an event like that happening to me is at least 7-5 years ago.
I recall when I had a virus that made me, to be frank, not hungry for about a week.
Fortunately for me, I still ate food, even though I was not, 'hungry' for a week, albeit not as much as I normally would.
I did so because I was smart enough to realize the fact that was a mere illusion, and no matter how much it felt terrible to it, I trucked though it like a bear. That's my personal experience anyway.

As others are saying above, just consult a doctor and he/she will tell you what to do from there on out, I am no doctor, so that is what you should seriously do. Update us from there.

I had the same problem man! You might need to get an injection.. I really hope you get well soon.. It pains me to see a member sick

 

I had something similar... I couldn't eat for a whole week, anything I did eat hurt my stomach bad. If you want to know.... I had pancreatitis.... So I really don't know what yours could be :(
Anyways I hope you feel better. I hate when people are sick and possibly have to go to the hospital because the hospital is no fun :(
