[I know it's a joke but if someone takes this serious this is what I have to say]

Well, who cares honestly? if they retire it's not like we own them and choose what they want too prioretise, we have to accept their reasons, also acceping old staff so what? they know they'll do their work correctly and can handle it that's why, banning etc as the new might make a load of mistakes as they're low on staff they can't have a load of mistakes also the mentor program they have still I think would not really work as the mentor couldn't teach the mentees quick enough.

 

I actually thought this about asking to be staff XD

 

why resign when you could just say you're taking a break and still have your rank i dont get it

 

Im pretty sure you have to be active to stay staff. And some people may just want to stop because its to stressful or they cant do it anymore.
