Some People On This Forums Talk Like This By Starting Every Word With A Capital Letter. This Is Not The Correct Way To Write Sentences. There are only five main times where you should capitalize words:

1. Months

This was posted on February 23, 2014.

2. The word I

When I write, I try my hardest to use proper grammar.

3. Names of people, states, countries, and places

I have a friend named Bob Smith who lives in Columbus, Ohio, in the United States.

4. Titles of books/movies/other media

I have read the book The Hunger Games and decided to watch the movie and its sequel, Catching Fire. I also watch the TV show My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

5. Beginning of sentences

Capitalization is easy now with these rules.

There are some exceptions, but for the most part, you should be good with these five rules.

If people wanna type like this '' Where They Capitalize Every Word In The Sentence'' then thats oke, if your annoyed by it your problem.

 

It's not really necessary to post an entire thread about this. If it's annoying, try to ignore it. You can't really just change the way people talk.
