The archon is shutting down

 

Well it's their fault. The archon doesn't give two hoots about the EULA.

EDIT: They were also warned twice about it before, but didn't care for that.

 

mojang has been warning and warning but they haven't done shit

at this point i'm less worried about this server getting shut down because of the eula and simply annoyed that this sale has gone on for more than 3 months

 

Rusher said they are working on it so I dont think they are getting shut down.

 

It would make sense if they're going to close the EULA this month

 

They aren't getting shut down, the server store is getting shut down. MOJANG told them they have 48 hours to comply and then they are blacklisted so the archon is having a huge sale. Also the archon is a server that sells ranks for like $2000, and is a lot bigger. J&H have some time to comply, they should at least wait until MOJANG contacts them specifically.

 

Wait, so when the server store shuts down, will we loose all our perks, ranks, bought items, etc.?
Or will we keep them. Otherwise I'll be so upset :c

 

No we won't lose anything, the reason people are buying stuff now is to get the advantages and whatever, when it shuts down, what you have now is what you have forever, that's why people are buying ranks.

 

I don't think they will end it until they actually have to. It's making them money, so I see no reason to shut it down unless Mojang shows up.

 

Okay, but when the first EULA happened, a player lost /fly in Skyblock. He left the server because of this. So will we still loose perks like /fly or did only the first EULA did that? Just making sure thanks :)

 

As I know by, the owners of the server get an email from Mojang telling them that they need to become Eula compliant now. I don't think J&H have got that email yet. Which is why the sale is still on.

 

Literally no one gives a fuck about EULA tbh. Even if Mojang blacklist the servers, servers would just borrow or let their players know to use a launcher already created by a server. Mojang is just ruining the way of "Multiplayer".
