NOTE: This is not meant to stir up a flame war and get this thread locked. This thread is meant to show how much I want Pokemon GO YouTubers to realise that the lame shit they're doing is not okay.

All the gaming videos i've been seeing on YouTube is videos about Pokémon GO (or some other overrated game).
Really, stfu. Have those idiots seen any other game than Pokémon GO that you can record? Because it looks like it.

How about I list the sterotypes of Pokémon GO players?

1. The tumblr user,
2. The 5 year old,
3. The 4chan-and-reddit-browsing fat basement dweller,
4. The casual gamer,
5. People who actually like pokemon

If there are too many Pokémon GO gameplay videos, why do people make Pokémon GO gameplay videos?

They're having fun with the game. The shit they they are doing is absolutely fine. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean you can tell people to stop having fun lol

 

I meant stop recording it and posting it online. Playing the game by itself is fine

 

Some people enjoy watching others play Pokemon GO though? What about the people who don't have the correct phone to play it? Just because you don't like it doesn't mean you have to make a full "rant" telling them to stop doing what they find fun.

 

But why? Its content for them. Just like how everyone in minecraft will have nothing (like a shovel in sg) and act like its a diamond sword. People like the game, they'll like the content.

 

Youtube suggests videos based on what you search and watch on youtube.

 

It's really cool to watch other people play the game in other parts of the world just to see what is common to them which is usually rare for where I live. However, a lotttttttttt of people (like always with YouTube) are making MEGA clickbait titles and thumbnails with using legendary Pokemon being "caught" and what not, kind of ruining the experience.
