Minecraft Can someone create me a pack.mcmeta for my texture pack?

Im not sure how to create the pack.mcmeta file and I'm on mac and most tutorials are on windows.

Heres the information for it:

Thanks, Although the part i don't get is that why is the image of it just a text image, except when i look at other texture packs it shows a cmd type image that says exec? How do i get it like that?
