All of them.

Every staff member is contributing their part to the community, and deserves appreciation for their deeds, and even possibly going beyond their moderation duties to help others and their issues, too. Every staff member contributes in their own way. Yes, some are also too humble not to want all the attention from the other users, and some want equal admiration for all the other staff, but in my perspective each and every one of them is amazing.
Right after I wrote this, I noticed Slevin's opinion on the matter, that already covered it. But anyways, it can take its role as a reminder.

Every Staff member is my favourite, I just like to specifically make these guys stand out.

 

I do not like to favour anyone over someone else, however if I were to choose, these staff members would be my favourite:

@Keboozle
- One of the greatest Helpers I've met, not afraid to ask when he thinks that he may be wrong and tries his best to do his job well.
@Icy
- A spectacular Helper, very active and very confident and helpful.
@MappyTurtle
- A really great Moderator, I really look up to Mappy in many cases. She knows when to act and is very careful but yet efficient.
@Kizward
- She really deserves her rank as she shows the professionalism of a Moderator.
@Slev (not tagged)
- Very helpful to us lower ranks, and tries his best to assist us when he can. He does his job right and he's very thus very skilled.
@Ezzerland
- He is very mature and knows how to act in very bad situations.
@Cingle
- One of the best staff members I have seen by far, he takes his job seriously and shows the true characteristics of an amazing staff member.
@XenonHD
- Shows that he is very suitable for his role, with his maturity, and he is adept at doing his job.
@MrDeathWilliam
- His guidance is really appreciated by probably all staff members. Without him, we'd be like blind bats, he truly shows us how and when to act and gives us all sorts of advice to help us out.
@gamerrizz
- A great Builder, very active and professional. Even though he was just recently promoted, he has really shown that he deserves the Builder rank.

I have selected two staff members from each rank (apart from Willy and Rizz).
As Keb and other have mentioned, all staff members are my favourite, as each one of them play a very important rule in this server's community.
They are all great, and they all deserve credit for what they do. I just wanted to especially thank these guys for really helping this community in all sorts of great ways.

I like the staff but if I could choose some it'd probably be these:

@XenonHD: because he's now the longest staff member I've known since Noc resigned, also a good friend and pro bus flyer.

@MrDeathWilliam: Good person, chill man, good to talk to here and there.

@ImNotOkayy: Ex-BF, good person, all round likeable. Love this kid.

@Devin610: Ew why are you staff love the man, and I love the insult fights we have

@Cingle: <3 Nuff said.

@Kizward: Very fun to play games with and to have some cool convos.

@Electric_Demon: Pro SG player and very cool person, even though he doesn't speak in ts.

@Sellz: Love this man like my brother, helps me with learning different languages and always has something to talk about.

 

@Electric_Demon pretty chill, so, probably them. :)

 

All of them are Minemen/Minewomen therefore they are all the best

 

I like them all but my favorite staff would be @MappyTurtle @CapsaLock @Icy and @TheDiamondPicks !
