It is funny,but HL series(Including CS lil' bit) are origin of GMod, so I love HL series better.
But anyways,

1. Minecraft - Has been and may be my favorite game of all time. Been playing it for five years and it's held up all this time - plus, I'm a junkie for sandbox / creative games.
2. LittleBigPlanet 2 - My favorite 2D platformer, so many memories. I loved creating complicated tech and uploading them to get my <2> hearts. Too bad number 3 was kinda bad.
3. Super Mario 64 / Super Mario Galaxy - It's a tie between these two. They're both amazing games and great platformers. I'm interested in speedrunning 64 as it's just that good. Holds up after 20 years, I guess. Galaxy, on the other hand, holds up, looks beautiful (even with the fact it's a Wii game) and its soundtrack is so good. If you want to play a Mario game, these two are the first you should play (or if you're a 2D kind of guy, then Super Mario World).
