you should take a closer look at "spaghettiKYS", it looks like this user used pvp hacks like killaura, anti-knockback, speed or aimbot. please have a look at this player in hardcore survival, hackers ruins the game...

Also remember to add evidence (also in the format given), for no action will be able to be taken if there is no sufficient evidence.
Look At this and see the ign L4NE hacking in a survival games game. As you see in chat someone else calls her out for hacking. So im not the only one that has seen this with this player. Please make your best decision.
