Make a ban appeal if you feel you were unfairly banned with the link Star gave above.
You could also just wait out the 11 days. Last time I checked, getting banned doesn't make you lose your perks or monster spawners.

 

i never siad i will lose my perks btw anad yea also my stuff did not came in so im mad

i said guys punch staff in the face or with a pie also gabadge with the pie so yea when u did that tell me

 

Okay, um, I didn't understand anything you said but I would just recommend waiting the ban. It's only eleven days. If you truly believe it was an unfair ban, make a ban appeal like Miner and StarlightFox said. But if you decide not to, do something with your life or just simply play another game.

 

I buy spawners a lot, and here's some advice: Be patient. If you don't get them immediately, log out of Minecraft for a few minutes, then log back in. If that doesn't work, do it a few more times. It can take up to 2 hours.

If you don't get them after 2 hours, then contact staff.
