Okay, so about 3-4 months ago, the staff applications changed.
They are private now.
No Body I MEAN NOBODY understands how much I put into that application, so many good comments almost 6 staff liking it, and saying love the application....
And all down the drain from changing. I am not trying to be mean, but I really think I deserve to at least reapply that one, that application took me 4 1/2 weeks to make it then I edited it over for about 2 weeks.... This is a very long time you might be thinking, but I wanted it perfect because that was going to be the one that I was gonna get in, but then that happened. I almost was guaranteed in because, so many liked it, I got over 35 likes on that 1 thing.


IF you think I should be able to reapply with that application please, say.
I worked so hard on that, and I am not mad, I am just asking to use that one because I worked forever on it.

I think you're taking staff applications one step too far. They don't matter that much. If you want to be a staff member, you need to show staff you have what they're looking for. Telling them you have what a staff member needs is not enough, they want to see it.
I don't think it should take you that long to make an application, and I don't think the likes it received should matter either.

Dude, just try again if you really care about it. Remember: Everything happens for a reason, to make sure the future is ready for us. That's something I like to go by. For real, just keep writing new apps if you really desire to get the job. Good luck. ;)

Just stop posting about staff and staff applications. I've seen you do it quite frequently and in my opinion, I believe it is greatly lowering your chances of being promoted.

 

Keep to yourself when applying for staff. I hate to say it, but making threads like this shows immaturity and greatly lowers your chances.
