    yesterday Wednesday night 8pm i paid 85$ to upgrade my rank from premium to god and until now i didnt get it my username in mc is XTK37912

    For server store issues you can send an email to info@itsjerryandharry.com. Make sure to include a detailed summary of the situation, and attach your receipt to the E-mail if you have it. :)

    Should be a good enough explanation. Just be sure to include your Minecraft name, date of purchase, and the rank you bought. A receipt would go a long way to help if you have it! :)
