Factions Glitch / Bug being exploited by hackers

People who are trapped in combat are escaping by using freecam and commands like /spawn or /warp pvp, /home blahblah etc. So even though they are being hit they are not moving due to freecam.

As long as they are not enemy or if the combat is in neutral territory or their territory, they just eat a gapple, let you hit them while doing freecam and wait the 5 seconds to tpa.

A few people have used this to get out of our faction trap while trapped and being hit / combat tagged. Initially someone told me it was vclip. but later someone told me this is how they are doing it.

People shouldn't be allowed to do any sort of TPA while combat tagged and that would prevent this problem.

 

You can easily doing it by holding your sneak key and going into a corner until you get teleported out. Sometimes people might use freecam or anti knockback to make it easier but it's still possible without hacking :p

 

Figurati and me were testing that and you still get moved enough to stop the TPA. Maybe anti KB would also let you TPA. But let's assume you could do it without hacking (which you'd have to prove to me with screen sharing), I still think all TPA should be disabled while combat tagged.

 

Do people just randomly teleport out your trap?

 

It's definitely possible. Ive showed it to a few mods before but it is slightly difficult

 

There is a glitch to make your stand still that is used as a joke on MCSG a lot.

All you need to do is spam F2 and continuously take screenshots and it freezes your character in place.

 

I don't know what you mean by "randomly", but like I said.. they have done so while being hit by one or more people at the same time. Like I said.. whether it is a hack client or some other glitch, just preventing TPA or WARP while combat tagged removes all possibilities. To me, it's no different than preventing logging out during combat tag - it shouldn't be allowed.

This has been fixed. Any sort of damage, will now stop teleportation. Please lock.
