I didn't say they wouldn't think much of rape. Once again I didn't word it right lol. I meant they wouldn't think much of it if they noticed a guy dressed like a girl walk into the bathroom. Because the law has passed.

 

I just disagree with trans things in general. To be VERY HONEST, stay your own gender. Whether you like it or not.

Why would a guy go to a girl's restroom?
I get that he feels like he is a girl, but if he has the body of a man then his choice should be the boy's restroom.

This new law is violating the rights of women, who deserve their privacy, especially Muslim women who will definitely not want to be naked in front of a man.

 

I feel like this is one of the most controversial fights I have ever had in my head. Each side as an equal amount of pros and cons to each view. But honestly, it is like Republicans and Democrats in my opinion. You could equally argue the terms about it for years and still have different parties ruling, but it takes the leader of the party to tell you why it is good. To convince me, I think I would need more detail instead of plain fact.

 

I'm personally okay if people want to change their genders, but I think people should go on public toilets not on the toilet of the gender they identify as, but as the sexual organ they have. Got male sexual organs? Go in male bathroom. Got female sexual organ? Go in female bathroom.

I don't think trans people should make that much of a big deal out of bathroom. In public, go in your appropriate bathroom. Privately, go where-ever the hell you want.

This new law can be easily abused by weirdos to go and spy on women. Go to your appropriate bathrooms.

P.S. I love those kinds of threads, I love seeing what other people think. I would love to see more of those threads on here.

Okay, so. I tried my best to read over everyone's post so I don't repeat anything someone has already said.

I understand what this guy is trying to say. I understand that his daughter has rights and as a parent, he feels this shouldn't be allowed. But what about the transgender person that also has rights and feels that he/she can walk into a restroom because they classify as that gender? Sometimes I think that people need to view things from the other person. In this case, they should look from the transgender person's point of view.

I understand that people think it's wrong for a person who was born a male to walk into a female bathroom. But in all honesty, just leave them alone. You can do you, and the other person can do them.

(This is just my opinion about the whole thing.)

Okay, so, if a person is biologically a female but looks like a male, they should go in the woman's restroom. However, that may freak out little girls, a visibly male person going in the female bathroom.
But if they look like a female but are biologically male, they should go in the male's bathroom. But something bad might happen because they appear to be female.

Come on, can't you see that this is an everlasting paradox! It just comes down to personal opinion.

Okay I have a question to ask the LGBT+ community which never made much sense to me. I feel like the LGBT+ community are also large advocates for women's rights and the pay gap etc. Which is great and all but I feel like when we discuss Women's issues we explain that gender shouldn't separate us and that being female or male doesn't make you who you are. Yet with Transgenders, they seem to care a great deal about their pronouns which contradicts the point that gender doesn't matter, as they always respond that Gender does in fact matter. And the whole idea in general is basicly saying this Gender is the one I fit in with, explaining that there IS in fact a different between a man and a women. And they (and I) aren't talking about the physical differences that separate us, but rather that there is some sort of mental and emotional different between men and women. So my main question to the transgenders in this community is what are the emotional and phycological differences between a male and a female?

Also I hope I worded this right and didn't offend anyone. I am not trying to prove or disprove anything, I am just merely curious about the answer.

Here, I have an idea, lets start making the bathrooms according to what genitals you have. I don't care if you are clearly a guy but you feel like you are a girl, if you have a penis, go to the men's restroom and vise versa for girls.

I really don't get all of this "identifying" stuff like identifying as all of these sexualities and genders that you clearly are not. Hell, I could identify as an attack helicopter and have some military dudes fly me to Afghanistan. This is all going to backfire one day when you can start identifying as anything and you can't tell them no or the regressive left will call you a bigot and deem it hate speech. In my opinion, America needs to get rid of the majority of Liberals and replace them with Conservatives (aka logical people).

Anyways, there are so much more important things than this. Russia is taking over Crimea and we are over here b*tching about transgender pronouns. There is war in the middle east and 20 trillion dollars of debt weighing us down.

On a serious note, how come before the technology to change genders was invented. nobody was coming up with this "I'm a woman in a man's body or vice versa bullsh*t"? Notice how we are at a record high of transgender people, nobody was like this pre 2000.

So instead of fixing the testosterone imbalance she/he/it changed genders??

 

Honestly, the common argument made against this now is the inanimate objects. I think it's ridiculous because gender has nothing to do with a helicopter, mailbox, etc. If you identify as an inanimate object, it is completely different than transgenders, and I've never seen someone legitimately do it. If it does happen, then I respect the people who do it. People need to stop using it as an exaggeration because it's far off topic from the real situation at hand.


And all these people saying we have more important issues to deal with. That's not completely right. In the midst of the cold war, we had the civil rights movement. President Obama is doing a similar thing as Eisenhower did with the segregated schools. You may not agree with Obama's decision, but it doesn't mean that he's not focusing on the right issues.

 

Because no one wanted to say anything and be crushed by an unaccepting society. It's risky to come out if there's no solution available to actually change.
